The plant identification, health diagnosis, and care advice services provided by the website have clearly defined pricing, subject to the real-time prices displayed on the service pages. Prices may change due to service types, package contents, or promotional adjustments. Updated prices will be reflected on the pages without separate notification to historical users.
We support mainstream online payment methods (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay cards, etc.). Specific available payment methods are subject to what is displayed on the checkout page. After payment completion, the system will automatically generate an electronic order, which you can view in detail in "Personal Center - My Orders".
All payment operations are processed through encrypted channels to ensure the security of your payment information. Herbids does not store your complete bank card information or payment passwords.
If you need an invoice, please submit an application through "Personal Center - Invoice Management" within 30 days after successful payment. We will issue an electronic invoice (default) or paper invoice (requires additional mailing information) within 3 working days.
Service Not Actually Used: If no plant identification or diagnosis requests have been submitted after payment, and the order was generated within 7 days, you can apply for a full refund.
Service Abnormalities: If the service cannot be used normally due to system failures (relevant screenshots must be provided as proof), a full refund can be applied for after verification.
Incorrect Identification Results: If you have objections to plant identification results, you can submit an appeal within 24 hours of receiving the results, providing clear photos of the plant and related information. After professional team review confirms the error, you can apply for a full refund.
Unused Package: For unused times in purchased service packages, you can apply for proportional refunds within 30 days after the package validity period ends (refund amount = total package amount ÷ total times × unused times).
Submit Application: After logging into your account, find the corresponding order in "Personal Center - My Orders", click "Apply for Refund" and fill in the refund reason and relevant supporting materials.
Review and Processing: We will complete the review within 3 working days after receiving the application. Review results will be notified via SMS or internal messages.
Refund Processing: After approval, the refund amount will be returned through the original payment path. The arrival time depends on the payment institution's processing cycle (usually 1-7 working days).
